KANSAS CITY, MO. – The Board of Directors of Farrell Growth Group (FGG) is pleased to announce that Brad Oelmann has been named President of the Company effective September 1st of 2021. “Brad is very well known and brings an impressive set of credentials to his new leadership role,” states Kelly Farrell, Principal Partner with FGG. “His strong background in agriculture, and significant leadership experience in the crop input business makes him a great fit for us and our customers.” Mr. Oelmann commented, “I am excited to have the opportunity to lead Farrell Growth Group as we continue to expand our offerings to provide services to Agri Business”.
Mr. Oelmann replaces Jim Farrell, who served as President of FGG since January of 2020. “Since Mr. Oelmann joined our organization in September of 2020, he has taken a strong leadership role continuing to expand our consultation business and related services,” according to Mr. Farrell who will continue with FGG in a consulting role. “I am excited to turn over the reins of the company to him and I look forward to continued growth as we work to serve our Agri Business customers across the United States and Canada.”
Most recently Mr. Oelmann served as the CEO of Midwestern BioAg. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Land O Lakes, President and CEO of Aligned Ag Distributors, and President and CEO of United Suppliers. Mr. Oelmann, who is an Iowa native began his career and spent 13 years with American Cyanamid following his graduation from Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Business.
