Farrell Growth Group currently manages and facilitates two membership organizations called AgExcellence and CoExcellence. These peer to peer groups are active and vibrant associations comprised of the top people in the ag retail industry.
AgExcellence, a group formed in early 2000 and going strong today, is comprised of 35+ top quality independent agribusinesses with a common thread of retail agronomy operations.
CoExcellence is a growing sister group currently comprised of 12 top quality independent cooperatives.
Each group meets twice a year to share ideas and best business practices. All meetings include presentations from top quality outside speakers focusing on long-term future views and industry challenges and opportunities.
Consulting services are also offered through AgExcellence and CoExcellence.
