Along with in depth operational experience at virtually every level of ag retail, Steve has exceptional experience in financial management, business valuations, IT systems evaluations, organizational structure, marketing strategy, and strategic planning.

Matt Gadow – as a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor, Matt focuses on the MAX area of our business. He is a seasoned and diverse financial executive, with nearly 10 years of CFO experience at public and private companies ranging from $50M to $250M in sales, including a large independent Midwest ag retailer.

Kelly Farrell – the most knowledgeable person in the industry on retail agronomy benchmarking and industry trends through Farrell Growth’s MIX (Management Information Excellence) program.
